Warning: don't order from this company. I ordered two glass shelves for a shower wall niche, gave a $60 dollar deposit and was told it would be 2-3 days and someone would call with an installation date. 50 days later, no call. I called their office several times to inquire and each time somebody had to "look into it." Then, I spoke to Tim who said he had to call my contractor with a few questions. Then, I spoke to John who again "had to look into it." Finally, I spoke to a woman who said they couldn't reach my contractor (even though my contractor called them 12 days earlier) and that's why they haven't been able to call with an installation date. Why didn't they call me to tell me they couldn't reach the contractor? They couldn't answer that. I could have got hold of him. Why did it take more than a month for Tim to finally say "I need to call your contractor"? That should have been done right away. They had no answer. Why couldn't they stop by my house to see what they need to do to install the shelves? They had no answer. Instead, they essentially ignored my order for more than 50 days. Terrible business. And they refused to refund my deposit. Bush league. Classic Glass & Mirror was a waste of time and money. And their response below is misleading. They say they tried to contact my contractor, but they only did that more than a month after I initially placed the order. And it's only when I called them yesterday, that I was told they couldn't reach him. I had left it with Tim two weeks ago to call my contractor. If he couldn't reach him, why not call me? That's bad customer service. I've reached a competitor, who has already scheduled an installation date and given me a better price.

- Company Response
Unforunately we could not get in contact with the customer's contractor to confirm the application of his glass shelves. We made several attempts to obtain this information without success. His glass has been cut, ready, and waiting to be installed for some time now and we made our efforts to complete this job within a reasonable timeframe given the circumstances. We can only make so many attempts to contact a customer and/or a contractor to schedule an installation date, and after a prolonged period of time, it is normal for a customer to regain their contact with us. It is company policy to obtain deposits and if an order is cancelled after it has been cut, unfortunately we cannot return these deposits. We still had full intentions of completing this installation and your glass is here if you'd like to pick it up (2 - 11" x 3" glass shelves). Furthermore, John who was "looking into it" has offered to deliver them directly to you.
