Anthony and Rob were very accomodating from the start with visits prior to the job and advice on how best to proceed with the renovation of our ensuite. The work was always professionally done in a timely manner and Rob and anthony were always available when we needed to contact them and resolved issues equally promptly. The only downside was that often we weren't made aware of what would be happening until the day before and sometimes this meant a bit of last minute rushing around to get required materials. Overall though the Celio Group did an excellent job and we were extremely happy with the results. None of the horror stories we have heard about contractors came about and we would definitely recommend them (we plan on using them for future work on the house).

My wife and I were worried when we first decided we would hire movers for our next relocation. We had heard too many horror stories to not be skeptical of the people we had give us price quotes. Joe was very friendly and helpful from the start, even giving us tips on some best practices for packing and getting things ready to make the move go smoothly. His price was also significantly lower than some of the other companies we talked to. On the day of he an his team arrived bright and early and started the move right away. Everything was handled carefully and professionally and the move was over more quickly than I anticipated. On the whole we were very pleased and would recommend Europa Movers to anyone looking for peace of mind and professionalism at a fair price.

It was the coldest night of the year during the recent cold snap and the furnace went out. After a night of getting by with a space heater in the bedroom and trying to get service from another company we called Northwood and they sent John over who found the problem right away and got us back online with heat. We had a second issue that night with a loose power connection and they came back out again and solved the problem right away. We have now been problem free and are thankful for the prompt and friendly service we received from Northwood and would recommend them to anyone having similar problems.
