We had an unexplained leak at the back of our house develop suddenly. It’s always distressing to have water entering your house unexpectedly! Michael was quick to respond to my call. He came and diagnosed the problem right away. Even though he was confident, he still recommemded we do some extra steps to ensure his diagnose was correct before he made the final repair (Spoiler alert: it was!). He took extra care to make sure we understood the problem and his fix. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again or recommend him to others. The whole experience made us feel very confident Michael’s repair was a permanent fix!

This is a long overdue review. Michael came to our home in June 2019 to repair our roof. It was a stressful time (moving into a new home) and he handled tight timelines and (lots of) questions with grace. We were very happy with his work and his quick response time. He's a true professional. We had an issue develop after the initial roof tune up (on a different roof) and he was there immediately. He diagnosed and fixed the new problem and we haven't had an issue since! We highly recommend him! Thank you again for your hard work, patience and integrity. 

My husband and I hired Mapleleaf Electric Inc. after receiving quotes from other reputable electrical contracting companies. Mapleleaf's quote was competitive, but it was Alex's responsiveness that convinced us to hire him and his crew. We are very happy that we did! Alex, Tyler and Ken did a superb job. We added items to the project mid-stream and they completed the requests without issue. There were very personable and professional throughout. They answered our questions and we felt very informed through the whole project. I won't hesitate to call Alex again for the additional lighting work we hope to do in the house.
