The company said they would deliver my wardrobe from the store between 9 and 1 and they did it at 11:15. The guys were very polite and very professional. Finally people who deliver on time :)
I brought my laptop to PCV because it just died on me. They told me they had to re-install the operating system which scared me to death as I had many files nd pics saved on the hard drive. I was very happy to get back my laptop working, with all my files intact and the price I paid was great. Good location if you leave DT and close to the subway
We've been clients of RPS for nearly 2 years and we like the service.We get alerts via email and have the chance to call 911 using our on-the-wall monitor. In addition, they are always polite when we call them. Only a few weeks ago I noticed they provide support to the Macs Stores, so that means they are well respected. I do recommend them
I rent a water heater with Direct Energy. It broke down about 3 months ago and called them to have it fixed. They shown on time and the tech was great; he explained me exactly what the problem was and gave me the options: repair or get a new one at a similar rent rate. I appreciate his honesty and transparency. Now my WH works great :)
