After the hale storm in 2012, my insurance referred us to Sunik and replaced my roof in early 2013 (believe me I insist for Spring but they just showed up one Saturday). First of all the crew was really slow and sloppy and it took them 5 days to finish my roof. They had to re-order the shingles three times because their estimation was low. The last time, they delivered the shingles, they left it in the middle of my drive way in the evening, without notifying me and in the morning when I was backing up, I damaged my bumper. Then few month later, I started to feel I have pigeons in my soffit. My neighbour who has been here since this house has been built told me that there has been no history of pigeons before. After spending good chunk of money, I found that an opening was created during re-roofing by careless job and careless inspection (or I call it no inspection). So now I have a lot of pigeons in my soffit and possible attic and I need to spend money on exterminators to get them out and changing soffits which is full of pigeons droppings. Then I need to fight with insurance to see if I can get my money back. What a headache for a simple roof job.
