After doing some research on how to purge my swim spa after it was winterized, I had a couple of questions about the process. Alfred confirmed the steps to be taken and added a few more that were essential and would make the process easier and ensure all cleanser would be removed. Their response time was quick. I continue to get exceptional service from them when needed.

We received our spa late August 2021 and absolute love it. Any assistance I required was just a call away. All the staff are very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. It is also very helpful that they have a Master Spas Owners Group facebook page which is great for tips, etc. We had our spa winterized by a MS technician and he readily explained to me every step taken during the process and answered all my questions. Very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend Master Spas not only for their product but for their high level of customer service. Update: Technician came to open my spa...again very knowledgeable and friendly. Answered all my questions. A few days after starting up the spa the water became cloudy. Contacted the Service dept. for assistance. Sent pictures of water and Kat H. walked me through the steps to begin the process of clearing the water. Checked the water today and it has begun to clear. Sent updated pics to Kat as she requested. This team is terrific to deal. I highly recommend Master Spas for their product(s) and their support.

Everyone was a pleasure to work with. Even though there were a couple of very minor hiccups which were dealt with, I am very pleased with the work and the cleanup. I definitely recommend NAC. They do great work.

Kyle and his crew were great! The patio door and basement window look fantastic and work so smoothly. They patiently answered my questions and did such an amazing job. The basement window was a bit of a challenge as it was previously a glass block window, but they managed to remove it with a minimum of mess (broken blocks). Even though they arrived later than anticipated, they did not rush to get the job done by a certain time (especially for a Friday afternoon). Vlad was also a pleasure to deal with: respectful, pleasant and knowledgeable. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Toronto Doors and Windows. Their quote was a few hundred dollars more than that of a competitor, but it was WELL WORTH IT. Thank you!
