We have a ramp for wheelchair use, and Gerry's troughs have a big gap right above the top of the ramp at the entry through the front door, making it leak and then freeze when it gets cold. This makes the ice on the ramp and entry dangerous for both the wheelchair, as well as for the nurses that visit about 5 times per week. We have called and called and can never reach anybody live, having to leaves messages explaining the situation, especially as it relates to the wheelchair and frequent nurse visitors. Finally Gerry's did send somebody who said that they fixed the problem. However, we took photos to show the ice is still forming and leaking and they have since ignored us. This has been a very frustrating experience since the situation is dangerous for everyone involved, and yet they will not return our calls. We do not recommend them.
