I am remiss for not writing a review on this company and Iftikhar from last year. Having a phobia about rats and mice, and finding something outside last year, I called them quite hysterical and was calmed down. Iftikhar arrived within the hour - thank goodness as I was beside myself and calmly dealt with the issue. He did a further follow up visit, and today came round to replace the poison - again within the hour. His professionalism, calming and caring nature are a delight to see when there are so many bad companies today. I highly recommend Pesticon and Iftikhar. Many thanks!

From the moment I spoke with Nev on the phone as I thought there might be asbestos in the home, knew I'd made the right choice in calling his company. He came around within half a day, and conducted tests (I chose to have even more tests performed than he recommended - paranoia ...!). We found asbestos in the vinyl floor backing - Type 1. And we discovered a small area of mold that needed to be treated. Nev does not use scare tactics which I appreciated - I was scared enough on my own! His ability to calm me down when I was bouncing off the walls was remarkable - I was ready to sell my house after having just bought it! Special mention must also be made about his team - the gentlemen who came round to perform the asbestos removal (sorry forgot their names), who were calm, matter of fact and efficient and arrived on time. Jen who runs the office is an absolute delight - efficient, friendly, bubbly and just an overall great person to deal with! I'd highly recommend Nev and his team for your asbestos removal and mold remediation needs.
