We bought from Reliance because of their warranty offer and good product. We purchased a Carrier Furnace , the Carrier A/C above 13 S.E.E.R. in April 2017 very happy with the install Jonathan and Randy were very professional and efficient. Bad point: paperwork! We were promised 2000$ incentive rebate from Union Gas and 650$ (250$ furnace 400$ AC) for the O.P.A. rebate. Got the 2000$, received confirmation for the 250$ however the O.P.A never got the request for the 400$. I have contacted the representative by emails since May. Even called the Reliance office no answer or follow up! Getting frustrated with these follow up.

Tony took care of the insurance claim, arrange for a rental. And my car came back clean and looked brand new. Excellent workmanship and service. Would definitely recommend this shop if you get into a car accident.

Sales person very professional; installation of 11 windows in one day and cleaned up the working area. Covered my wood floors in the house to prevent damage. Very happy with the quality of the product. Little mistake on the windows on the vinyl siding but the will be fixing it no problem. Sales person came by to see and will fix the problem.

Got a few quotes done from several companies. Verdun offered best quality versus price. The salesmen Michel was professionnel and helpful. The installation was done in an afternoon, the crew cleaned up and did a wonderful job. The windows are of very good quality. Would definitely recommend this company.
