We purchased a group the Conservatory Group and I must say, please stay away because their work quality is very cheap and lazy. Our walls are not straight, there was paint all over the floor when we moved in and now, just a bit over one year at this place, our roof is leaking and there is a hole on our master bedroom. We have contacted the builder because this is under warranty and despite three scheduled calls, they have not showed up. I will not be taking another day off work to sit here and wait for a no show. We will be suing them. If you drive around their homes by the 400hwy you will note all the homes that are for re-sale because everyone else is having issues with their poor quality built homes.

I ordered Shutters from The Blind and Shutter Outlet. I scheduled an in-home free estimate and compared to other prices quoted, this was reasonable and the cheapest so I proceeded to placing my order and paid a security deposit of $50. I was told that I would be contacted the following day to schedule my delivery. When I didn't hear from them I called and left messages which went unanswered. I finally got a hold of someone and he was completely rude and raised his voice, and even told me on the phone that "if I don't like it then cancel". so I did and I am still waiting to get my security back. This is a typical story of "you pay for what you get" It is better to pay more and get better service. I would not recommend them at all.
