The company was fairly prompt in removing snow throughout the season. They were always here immediately after the city plows had cleared the street, even when the driveway had already been cleared.
I have off white carpets and thought they were pretty clean but thought it was time to freshen them up with a cleaning. I couldn't beleive the difference after Air One cleaned them. The carpets lifted in some places and I worried that they would not flatten out. I was afraid I would have to hire a carpet installer to repair them but the next day after the carpets and underpad had dried, not only did they lay flat but they looked perfectly new.

I would not recommend this guy. The work was slow. He wanted to chat the whole time he was here. He was to cut down a set of IKEA cabinets and reinstall into a nook. The cut down was sloopy and the end result was less than stellar.
They were the best. Worked quickly and accurately. Lent ideas that would suit the landscape. Hard working crew. They were very timely. You can count on them. A year after the job was completed they came around to check the job.
They were very informative and the installation was quick. The installer swept and vacuumed so there was no clean up. The sales team does not pressure but rather pointed our various issues to consider when trying to decide between berber and plush.
