Beware of TR Paving & Interlocking Inc. They cannot be trusted! 1) The curbing had been installed across a walkway where there was to be an opening. 2) The level of the asphalt is higher than the level of the garage floor concrete. I explained to Mr.Vetro that it was understood that there would be an opening where there was a walkway. I also explained that when the winter comes and my vehicle is stored in the garage that the snow that melts from the car would melt, then the run off of water would flow to the garage door and that it would turn to ice and freeze overnight. This could create damage to the garage door seal at the bottom of the door, put stress on the automatic opener and possibly cause it damage. He assured me that the issues would be dealt with and that I had legitimate cause for concern as the work was not completed properly. On his promise of the work being fixed and complete to my satisfaction I paid Mr.Vetro in full for the job, he told me that they have several jobs coming up and that when in the area someone would come over to fix the problems. After repeated calls to Mr.Vetro over an extended period of time resulting in the same said promises Mr.Vetro stopped accepting my phone calls. I then proceeded to call the owner Mr. Vincent Capobianco and make a complaint about the work performed and the fact that I could not get any return phone calls or answers from Mr.Vetro. Mr.Capobianco then also assured me that the problems would be corrected and would speak to Mr.Vetro. I would call Mr.Capobianco every two to three weeks and again I would be told the same thing. My last call to Mr.Capobianco was Monday November 17th and he told me that it was no longer his problem and that I would need to take my complaint back to Mr.Vetro. No return calls.
