Fantastic job! Very responsive. Showed up on time. Did exactly what they said they would, exactly when they said they would, for exactly the price they said they would. Respectful of me, my property and the neighbours. Were careful with the surrounding objects to ensure there was no damage. Very cooperative with working around parking issues in an urban area, where parking a trailer in front of the house to remove debris is a special challenge. Worth noting - if you are a woman managing construction projects on your own, this is a great team to work with. You're communicated with on a level playing field with respect on both sides.

This must have been an incredibly difficult job. This house is 100 years old and split into 3 separate apartments with meters. Mark was able to complete his work in a timely manner along with the other renovations that were going on at the time. Handled himself with integrity and was very friendly and helpful. I would use Mark again for electrical work any time and would recommend him to everyone I know.

All in all am very happy with the work done. Could have done a better job on the drywall in some spots, but this was a HUGE job on a 100 yr old home and lasted 4 months. I'm impressed they were able to get it done in that time, so I was willing to sacrifice a small amount of quality for getting it done. I have no doubt he would have fixed it if I'd asked, but I needed the job done. Excellent tile work. Mark was very friendly and helpful in coming up with inventive solutions for unexpected situations (it's an old house). I'd use Mark and his team again for sure.

Rental hot water tank install. 2nd attempt (1st person didn't have appropriate tool). Great work. Super friendly guy. Ran into some snags but didn't want me to have to take more time off work, so he made it happen. Thanks employee #1763.
