Clera Windows and Doors was phenomenal from the start. To be more specific, I was immediately helped in a kind, clear and honest manner on the phone - directly with an experienced and knowledgeable manager. That manager (Gene Morlando) then came to the site 3 times over the course of the work, setting up the details and following up. Then I was put in contact with the installer by mobile phone so that I could directly arrange a time to measure and a time to install. I really liked that connection being made so I could call with any concerns (I called both the installer and manager on their mobile phones several times and they were always patient and courteous with me). The installer (Ramesh) and his trusty assistant worked very hard over 3 days to install our fairly sizable order of windows and doors, and did extra work with no cut corners. The result is we're left with lasting products and workmanship which we are very grateful for. Thank you very much Clera !!! We fully recommend you.

Skylights Unlimited followed through on a superbly smooth install of a large (4x4) opening skylight on a sloping wall of the 3rd floor of our house. We were left with no worries, just satisfaction. The skylight is awesome. Thanks to the office staff and field crew!
