This review is kind of like a fairy tale... VERY happily ever after. I have been in my home 5 years and just recently decided to get window coverings. I reviewed all the companies on HomeStars as well as google and other sites, and Budget Blinds had the second best rating (sorry but had to be honest) but almost all of the reviews were excellent. The top rated one required you to go into their business first which was honestly the other side of the city. I sent an email to BudgetBlinds to inquire about the process and got a call back first thing in the morning. I didn't get her name but she was so helpful and kind. They had a person booked to come to my place later that morning. I was really impressed with that option as opposed to driving across town and trying to use pictures on my phone. The in home consult is to me a life saver. You can see how things look in the light, with your furniture etc and how well they block or don't block the light - whichever you are needing. The consultant showed up a couple hours earlier than expected but that was ok. My place just wasn't quite as ready as I had wanted. She had another appointment and told me she would email me later with the quote, which she did, and I was done. yay. I ran into a couple neighbors and told them I was getting window coverings and they told me to call Dan at BudgetBlinds and then raved about the awesome service they got... and how their order came in earlier than planned. I told them I didn't get Dan, but looking back I wish that I had. My experience with the consultant was not good. I had a really tough time getting a hold of them and my emails were either not replied to or replied over a week later. I was told my order would be here in 3-5 weeks and at the end of week 5 I sent another email. No response. I called the office and they were quite helpful but couldn't tell me where my order was. Long story short I got the pleasure of dealing with Crystal. She is a dream. She did absolutely everything she could to track down my order, It was another 2 or 3 weeks before I got my order but I did get it. Julien came out to install and what a lovely person. He was so careful and patient and cleaned up every little speck when he was done. My cat was a little sad because they would have loved the box but Julien made it disappear. He showed me how they worked and even went back out to his truck and got a steamer to make them look even prettier. There was an issue with one set and Crystal made it right without hesitation. I had expected a battle but it was a 'no questions asked' 'can do' 'we will make it right' like I have never seen before. What could have been a really awful experience ended up one of pure bliss. I sure don't hear those stories very often. This franchise really does care about the customer and their reputation like none other I have ever encountered. Well done Crystal! Very well done. I absolutely recommend this company. I had 2 contractors booked for my bathroom which both fell through at the last minute leaving me in quite a mess. I had heard they had done some work in my building and was invited by those owners to check out the work. Everyone I talked to was extremely pleased and the work looked top notch. I talked with our condo office and they had nothing but great things to say about HomeBath and they were the only company our condo office did not required to leave a deposit before starting work to cover potential damage or cleanup costs as they had never had any issues in the past. I initially met with Wayne - the president - who was extremely helpful and made me feel kind of important as he was the one who came out to meet with me. Don't see that a lot. Interacting with Roz in the office was truly a joy! She answered all my million questions and took the time to meet with me and create a beautiful bathroom. The guys were so awesome and had a heck of a job ahead of them. They completely gutted my old tub and surround and even moved a wall so we could put a proper tub in. The took away all the garbage and never left a speck in the condo halls or stairways. They worked non stop for the whole day and came back the next ... with Wayne to inspect as well, to complete the process. I am famous in my building now and had neighbors I had never met before stop by for a 'showing' of my new bathtub. The little things made such as huge difference like the custom glass shelves which are so much nicer than the acrylic. Finishing the edges with Schluter just made it more spectacular. I had some issues with the caulking and they sent someone to fix it the day I asked about it. Could not be more pleased. Quality work and super quick turnaround. I went from 2-3 week long estimates to having it completely done in a day and half. All the garbage was hauled away and I did not once have an issue. Only regret is that I didn't have them do the rest of my bathroom, but I had already purchased the product for the rest. THANKYOU so much for best job ever.

I bought a condo that had to be completely gutted within a 2 day period. The first day they arrived with great efficiency and made me feel that I could get the job done even though I was somewhat overwhelmed. They were quick and respectful of the condo building and were in and out in a flash with really awful appliances and made it look so easy. . I booked again for the following day to remove awful carpet and piles of garbage and once again they were in and out in a flash without causing any concerns from the condo building. I could not have got it done without them and would definitely recommend to anyone in future

I couldn't be happier with the floors in my new home. I had a really tight timeline and right from my first meeting with Connie I knew I was in good hands. She was creative and helpful and had all the answers to my million questions. The install went off without a hitch despite the really tight time line and would highly highly recommend. Great after sale/ install followup as well. THANKYOU for the great experience
