The original quote from Canadian Choice Windows was reasonable standing out from the rest and the salesperson Cindy was very helpful; she's also very knowledgeable yet patient. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction which increased my comfort level dealing with the company. She was very responsive keeping me in the loop about where things were at ad even came out to check out progress on the day of installation. The installer Surgey was very skillful and took time to do the job right. I'm very pleased with the outcome.

I recently reached out to Dynamic Vacuums for a service request as my Hoover central vac had no suction above basement level(even very minimal there). I got excellent tips and advice from Brian on the phone; he answered all my questions and asked me to do a few self-checks to justify a need for their technician visit. He also gave me headsup on potential call-out charges. With help from a friend, we identified and fixed the fault (a loose piping joint). Although I didn't receive direct paid service from Dynamic this time, I'm very impressed by my experience with them and will definitely contact them for any future vacuuming needs.

Updated: I called JPS Home Heating and Air Conditioning for a potential issue with my furnace. They responded quickly and overall good attentive service. Will use them again in the future.
