We obtained a number of quotes for the job; Miko's was the most reasonable (some were horribly inflated). Miko was efficient and trustworthy; he worked quickly and cleanly, and he did exceptional work. He has an easygoing and accommodating approach and takes pride in what he does.

Demetris' quote was reasonable; he came when he said he would, and he did an excellent job on our old home's original stairs. He also fixed up a couple of areas on our floor that had been damaged by paint stripper. He asked for nothing up front, and all three days (for three coats of urethane) he worked in our home while we weren't here. Trustworthy, honest, reliable.
