We appreciated the service from beginning to end. First, to book an appointment online was great and very different from waiting for a company to call you back to book an appointment. Kevin came to quote and was diligent in his attention to our quote and information he provided. The work was done by Francois, who did an exceptional job and spent a considerable amount of time doing everything is a very high standard. Normally we write complaint reviews about service that was below expectations but this definitely met and exceed our expectations--we would recommend very highly and are now actually considering more work to be completed by Manalco.

Service guy was polite and friendly and quick. Explained problem would be ongoing and recommended changes to our toilet products and/or the users!!! any mess was cleaned up and no one would ever know there was a problem!

A great guy works in the tool rental area that helped load my lumber in the truck and made sure everything was strapped in well---as for the guys in the lumber department they never volunteered to help even get the 120 deck boards loaded onto the cart
Unlike our patio door install the windows were doen well and the guys worked really hard--sales followup was non existent--just wish the installer understood not to use exterior caulking inside as the smell lasted for weeks.
