Jay and Wallace are brothers who did the mudding/taping/sanding of our basement, main floor, 2nd floor, and attic addition/renovation. They were polite, friendly, and very professional. They were very careful and meticulous about the finishing of the walls and ceilings. They worked long hours and weekends (after checking with us to make sure it was okay) in order that they meet our deadline. We were very happy with their work and would definitely use them again.

This was the most horrible moving experience ever. They were almost 13 hours late, arriving at 1:30 AM!! At that point we had done 95% of the move ourselves. No one at the office could tell me anything except that they were "on their way". The movers used loud, terrible language, and they threatened to leave. Their driver couldn't drive a stick shift! We had to actually back the truck into our driveway ourselves! They didn't bring the mirror boxes I had ordered. They had no tools or tape to wrap the furniture, they scratched the walls at both houses. They didn't cover the floors, they scratched my front door and did minor damage to some of my furniture. Though they knew we had a piano to move, they didn't bring a piano skid, or a belt and needed 2 of us to help them get the piano onto the truck. Then they refused to bring it up the stairs at the new place. I had to wait 2 days to get my piano delivered. Rather than apologizing, the owner called me a name. I would rate them at 0 stars.
