Eavestrough cleaning & replacement
Patrick provided me with a competitive and comprehensive estimate. I found him to be very thorough. I needed a Eavestrough + Downspout replacement, cleaning on existing Eavestroughs, patches for some rooftop shingles and a soffit replacement. Brian came out within the week to do the installation and completed all work requested. He also cleaned up well after the job was completed. My only complaint was that I needed a soffit replaced between my house and my neighbours and this work was done when I was not around... so instead of putting in one full piece, it was replaced with a half piece on my house side which doesn't exactly match the half-piece of my neighbours side. It is simply a matter of aesthetics and I had I been there I would have asked for it to be redone. Once I noticed I probably should have followed-up with Partick to see what could be done, Overall I would recommend them.

My experience with Johnson Playfair Brick & Stone Masonry was amazing! I had a small project and many other contractors were unwilling to fit in my job with their big ones or they were charging excessively (i.e 30% more). Matt, the owner came onsite to assess the work, and then provided me with a few options and price points. Once we agreed on the scope of work they moved quickly to complete the project. The masonary who did the work was courteous and considerate to our home and neighbours. He competed re-bricking and parging of my basement window well. Upon completion of the job he cleaned up (and it looked fantastic!) I would definitely use their services again and would highly recommend Johnson Playfair to everyone I know.
