The plumber came to my house to fix my plugged sink. He was very polite and clearly tried his best. Unfortunately, the next day my sink was plugged again, as if nothing was done to it at all. I called the company and tried to have them come in again to take a look, but they said they carried no responsibility and it all depends on our pipes. I believe that real professionals would be able to at least warn us that there could have been no results from the work done. However, he went ahead and charged us a lot of money without any results. I am disappointed and will never use their services again.
