I have a 100 years old home in a great neighbourhood. When we decided to finish our basement we spoke with a number of companies and from the start the level of professionalism we received from Alex from City Wide Group was much above everyone’s else. For my surprise they were also the most affordable. So, we teamed with them. The work started on the exact day they told us and progressed smoothly during 3 days to a successful completion which surpassed my highest expectations. Their workers were respectful, hard workers, and abided by our few requests - parking directions and protecting our lawn from over stepping. We are forever grateful to Alex and his crew for the help and excellent job they did, and we whole heartedly, and unconditionally, recommend City Wide Group to all those who are planing to renovate their basement. Because... you don’t want to finish your beautiful renovation just to find out the waterproofing was not well done!

Marcelo won us from start with an estimate which was half the average of the 3 other estimates we received and with his numeros industry accreditations and credentials. We were only demolish the dinning room but decided to take advantage of having found this great contractor and demolished all internal wall of our "new" 1925 house in Moore Park - Rosedale. With all the walls down we were able to find lots of remaining knob-and-tubes and ready-to-burst old pipes. Marcelo put 4 to 5 of his talented team members working on our project everyday for the 10-days that lasted the demolition, including two weekends. They took 4 or 5 truck loads with the very heavy old plaster from the home. It was like my house had done Dr. Bernstein diet. During those 10 days I got to know more about Marcelo and became fan of his work ethics, driving force and proactive & honest attitude towards his customers. He seems to believe in working hard, charging fair and going out of his way to please his customers.
