Overall, the transaction was as smooth as it could be. Ilia Baber was very prompt, returned my calls very quickly and was very responsive to my needs. Ilia was very professional and friendly every time I saw him or spoke to him. The time to order, build and install the windows was quicker than the time Ilia had estimated and quicker than other companies had estimated it would take. The installer Alex did a great job installing the windows. No mess was left behind. He even straigtened out the curtaiins that hang over the upstairs window. The installer called to make an appointment and showed up on time. He also called to let me know he was on the way and what time he would arrive. In additon to the great price, the great product and the great installation, Ilia took the time to measure three window pane inserts that my children had broken. (I had been looking for months to find replacements) Four other companies that gave me estimates did not show any interest in helping me find these inserts. When I asked Ilia about it, he immediately measured the inserts and told me he would try to find the replacement. He called back a few days later and told me he could get them. Ilia showed a genuine interest in helping me find the right windows and in helping me get the inserts to replace the ones that were broken. That shows not only is he a professional, but that he is also a caring person and wants his clients to be completely satisfied. I certainly am satisfied and recommend GoldStar very highly.
