Had problems with my contacts and keypad....called them and they were not very caring or helpful....I then decided to cancel my service and they could care less, but the other companies were more than eager for my business and they fixed the problems that they wouldn't!

Awesome service, diagnosed the problem and repaired the pipe....The technician's name was Rob he was great it was like I knew him for years and from now on, I will use these guys for all my future plumbing needs!! Forget the rest and and call "DrainCom"
