I just wanted to share my story as i have had a lot of experience over the years with bad companies ,and i have to say that draincom is just a GREAT company to deal with. After years of a leaky basement i finally saved enough money to get my basement waterproofed and as you can imagine i was really scared of getting taken. Thank you homestars for this site as you really helped me making my decision. i called many of the companies on this site and im sooo happy that i found draincom. The lady on the phone was great and they had the technician out the next day. Carl showed up on time and i have to say he was very polite,professional and detailed in his explanation on what needs to be done and i was very impressed. He recommended to me to also get other quotes so that i feel better and so that i can compare how competitive draincom really is which made me feel very comfortable. To be honest i had already made up my mind on using draincom but i took his advice and he was wright (Very competitive) After i received 3 quotes i phoned carl back wright away and he booked me in. when the job started carl was there on site to explain how the job will go and to direct the crew on what needs to be done and he was always available when i needed him for any questions,and the crew,well the crew was (AMAZING) the job looks great and most importantly after all those years of leaking i finally have a dry basement.
