I had an emergency when during the mini heat wave last week my air conditioner didn't work. My house temperature was over 30 degrees 3 days in a row! I called the company that installed it 5 years ago for an emergency service call. I actually called 4 times in 3 days. Each time I called, I was told a technician would contact me. It never happpened. Finally on the Sunday Night I contacted Tempasure. Len returned my call right away and worked around my work schedule to see me on Monday. He came on time and solved the problem in 30 minutes by replacing my compressor. He was efficient, professional, and knowledge. Finally an emergency service that responds to an emeregency.
