After 10 days of moving into a new purchased home we had water in our basement laundry room and we had no idea where it was coming from because the main city drain was in the dame area thats what we thought it was. After having another company come out telling us it was a broken pipe we held off on it until it rained again. My wife was home on the next rainstorm and noticed that the water was infact not coming from the drain but from the corner of the wall. We than called Draincom and told then of our experience had Slava come out and do Free camera inspection to assure us it was not a drain problem but a foundation problem. He was very respectful and knowledgable within a week we had our problem solved. crew was onsite on time, left my basement clean as it was and price was reasonable.
