Joe came to fix my freezer within 3 hrs of when I first called and left a message. He asked a few questions before coming over to familiarize himself with the problem. His many years of experience was obvious, and very helpful as he has encountered the issue I was having (with the same brand) and was able to fix my freezer in no time. It took longer to thaw out the ice than for him to move the fridge, open it up, fix the drain issue, modify it somehow, and close it all up. Thanks Joe, I'll definitely be giving you a ring for any future appliance issues!

READ BEFORE INSTALLING: 1. know that you cannot use the shower/tub for 24 hrs (was not aware of this ahead of time) 2. DO NOT TOUCH the shower/tub for 12 hrs, the silicone is very soft. I leaned in to put my shampoos into the new shelves and I accidentally touched a piece of silicone and now there's an imprint. SERVICE: I really liked the service. The receptionists, estimator and installer were all very nice. The installer took longer than the anticipated 3-4 hrs (more like 5-6) but I'm glad he took his time rather than rush through it. It looks fantastic, so clean and sharp. I got the grey marble, and I'm very happy with it. My old tub really needed a facelift, so I don't regret this purchase. But if I had a newer and nicer home, I would not recommend it. With a baby, this is amazing!! The surface is less slippery than a regular ceramic tub and is really great to give baby a bath in. Plus the adjustable shower head is perfect for reaching her tiny head!

Mr Rooter was fantastic! They were quick to get on site - 2 hrs from when I called. George (Yuriy) was professional and quick to get to work. He took his time on the job and quadruple checked that the toilet was working perfectly. The prices are pretty steep, but I like that you can choose whether you want them to work or not after the in-home estimate. I was about to live with the clogged bathtub drain (hello drano!) but George was able to help me out with a good price (I think he felt for me as a new mom) and he unclogged it right away. I will definitely be calling Mr Rooter for future plumbing issues, they are quick, professional, and very friendly. Thanks again!
