Taps has lovely items, and great selection. However, as others have already said-getting through to the store, after a purchase has been made is a horrific trial of endurance!! I had one small part that was not delivered with all other items, because I was told it had not come in in the proper finish. Fair enough, I thought it would come in the following week. By end of following week I started to call Taps to see what was happening, as I had not received any call from the store. Called the store on Wednesday to speak with salesman, never heard back, so on Saturday went down to Taps-finally located part, and picked it up-only to find that it was still not the right finish-was told to call back in the middle of the next week, as it should be done by then! Well started calling Wednesday morning-VERY difficult to get through to the salesman we dealt with-all you get is front desk that puts you through to salesman's voice mail-then you wait and wait... it took 3 calls that day to actually speak with salesman!! Got a new story from him that day about part and told to call again early the next week! Did that again and once again-it took many calls to actually get through and speak to salesman! Taps is great for selection, but when it comes to "aftercare" they are very difficult to deal with-it should not have to take numerous calls in one day just to get through and speak with salesman-on one of my calls when the receptionist told me salesman was busy with a customer, I angrily told her that I too was a customer, and one that had already paid Taps $2000.00, and that I should be treated better-she then went and got salesman on phone!

Dreadful workmanship, and horrible customer service once something goes wrong. We had the "bay installation from hell" .It was a replacement for an existing bay window, but clearly the installer did not know how to do the installation. Called Tony to come and see the window the day after it was installed. He came out and I showed him all of the areas that were not done right. He focused on one issue and and told me that the crooked top of the bay was an optical illusion with my bricks! He sent the installer back to address the problem on the bottom of the bay. It only looked worse after this fix! As the installer tried to just cover over previous mistakes-there was no follow up call from Tony to see if we were happy with the repair job. After this we decided to have another company come and do the repair-it cost us $1000.00, but there was no way I was going to allow Home Decor back on my property. Although in a later phone call Tony did say they would come back again, I told him that clearly the installer does not know what he is doing, and there was no way he was going to come back a third time! Tony's response was that he had other installers. No thank-you, as I was told the installer that came was "your best". Last week I had the window properly fixed-I now have no crooked lines, optical illusion has magically disappeared, angles are all the same, caulking is neat and tidy, bottom of bay is reinforced-I was shocked to learn that when trim came off new installers found that the bottom had never been reinforced at all!!! Tony in response to you I have no recollection of filling out any survery response. However, if I did, as you recall the bay window was installed a week after the first three windows-my experience dealing with you after the Bay Window installation was horrible, and I would never recommend your company to anyone.

It is unfortunate that you have encountered a negative experience with your bay window installation, the other 3 window installations were obviously to your satisfaction. We would however like to point out that we did attempt to service you with several onsite visits & offered the option of having another of our installation crew to resolve your issue - you opted to pursue another avenue. We also have on file our standard “Customer Completion Form” with comments written by the customer as follows:
“Nino & Danny did a wonderful job under very hot conditions. They were neat & the work was great”. Ultimately, we would prefer perfection for all our installations, but realistically there will be the occasional unhappy customer. Wishing you well.

Very happy with the job that Sina and his crew did. When initially called Sina returned call and came over within one day. Other roofing companies called didn't even return calls! Sina promised me the job would be done within 2 weeks of signing the contract, and true to his word two weeks to the day the work was done. Price was good-it was in line with what several neighbours had paid for the same job. When job was finished everything was cleaned up-except for my beautiful new roof, there were no signs that they had ever been here! We would definitely recommend Sina and Atlas Roofing to others. Thank-you again Sina.
