I called Laird & Son for a quote on a new furnace & air conditioner and they sent Dave Bissonnette who was very helpful in leading me in the right direction to choose the best units for my house . When I commented that my air conditioner now had never seemed to cool right he saw right away that it was not connected to the furnace properly on instillation. This is what having top notch knowledgeable people can provide . Everything was done properly and all questions were answered. The install team of Mike Distefano & Arthur Skinner and a helper installed perfectly , both units on June 10 the afternoon we had the worst flood ever & waves were going down the street when they left and we lost power for 16 hrs .
