After I saw their sign on my neighbours lawn, I called them to discuss what we specifically wanted on our French doors. Doug came by and explained to us how their screen doors work, showed us some models, and explained why their product is superior. Their product is exactly what we wanted. No high railing on the bottom/floor part, not spring loaded, and can withstand little kids running into it because it has flexibility. Doug came back a few weeks later and installed it in about half an hour. After he showed me and my two little kids how it worked, he left after cleaning up. Couldn't even tell anyone was there other than the fact we have a beautiful screen door. We would highly recommend this product. It meets all of our needs and it looks beautiful!

We currently live in south Mississauga, near Lake Ontario, and have experienced basement flooding 2 years ago in the July storm. We were at the stage now that we were interested in installing a backwater valve in our cold storage room. After requesting a quote online, (on a Sunday), I received a phone call from Vlad that same day to discuss what we wanted to do. (I should add that this was the fourth plumbing company that I had contacted). I explained the situation in our cold storage room, (i.e. the floor had been tiled over), and Vlad outlined in detail how they would address the project. Vlad also took care of the permit and arranging the building inspector for us. Sasha came and did an incredible job locating the pipe, installing the valve, and then coming back and finishing the job after the inspection by the city inspector. In terms of cost, they were a few hundred dollars cheaper than the other two companies, (who did not offer to complete the entire job like Mister Plumber had done with the permits and arranging inspection), and they also provided all the information that we need to get the rebate from the Region of Peel. All in all, we were very pleased with Mister Plumber and the work that they did. We would highly recommend them to anyone interested in installing a backwater valve. They were helpful, efficient, and left the area clean. Thanks Vlad and Sasha!

John was excellent at answering our many questions when it came to us having half of our house waterproofed. We called many different companies, but none seemed to care as much about the job or our home as John did from Waterproof Masters. The crew arrived right on time, and were great at prepping the area for the job, (removing and replacing our fence), digging around the gas line, and working all day. Josh and his crew were excellent at answering my many questions, and cleaned up the work area every day. At the end of the job, John and Cyril, (on two different occasions), even came back and answered my additional questions. They were even able to provide some plumbing solutions for inside our home in our basement. We would highly recommend this company, without a doubt. We have just had part of our house waterproofed, and at the same time we needed to have some brick repair done along with a vent installed in our cold storage room. We received a number of different quotes, but Steve was great at getting back to us, providing us with a quote, outlining what needed to be done, and even offering to complete the work on a Sunday to accommodate our schedule. Steve completed the work well above our expectations and was meticulous with the clean-up. He even completed some additional brick repair and tuck-pointing around our house at no additional cost. When I explained another issue I had discovered, Steve outlined why it was happening and cut a drip-line in the concrete to fix it right then and there. We would highly recommend Rockwell Masonry as were were very pleased with the work that he completed, and at a fair price. We have even asked him to come back and complete another job for us in the next few weeks. (I will upload photos when the next job is completed.) Thanks Steve, we really appreciate it!
