Rhoan and Sheldon were excellent to deal with from the quote to installation. They listened to my needs and tailored a security plan to fit our family perfectly. When they arrived to install the system, they took great care around our home and ensured that everything was in working order. We had an issue with an existing cable for one of the cameras and Sheldon went into our attic and rectified the situation, depsite it taking at least an extra hour. He did it all with a smile. After installation Rhoan answered all my questions, ensuring that I knew the ins and out of the system. I had Rogers Smart Home prior to this and this system blows it away! The cameras are night and day, with better resolution, picture and functions. Meanwhile the security system is much more functional.
