I Booked appointment to check 2 appliances and obtain estimate of repairs before proceeding. Was quoted 99 dollars to check 2 appliances.
Repair tech completed repair on one appliance before informing me of cost. I was at work attending to a sick baby in the Intensive care unit. I was called by manager, Roger to say job completed and cost was 300dollars +tax. l would definitely have bought a brand new appliance for 50 dollars more. I could not discuss further, but informed Roger that my real estate agent would call him to discuss. I declined purchase of a new microwave from Roger, which was the second item for repair. Instead of charging me the 30 dollars +tax for the second item as agreed, Roger charged each appliance check separately at a cost of 69 dollars +tax.
Worse still when I went to see my Condo on Sunday, I found that the bottom of the kitchen Cabinet was completely broken. My painter who was there at the time informed me that it was broken by the repair technician. My real estate agent took pictures as sent it to Roger and expressing our disappointment at the repair and grievous damage done. It cost me 150-00 dollars to get this repaired.
I emailed and sent multiple texts to Roger regarding this issue but he has not responded.
Shameful service indeed with very poor business ethics.
I got ripped off while trying to see a sick patient in the Hospital.
