Nipissing was average of a company, the workers were pretty good but failed to pay attention to alot of details. And if you hire them, have someone knowledgable lookover the jog once its done because if you pay them first, good luck getting them over to fix those "details" they missed
Professional installers, they did the install and all the duct work in a day and a half. The price was average and the time wait was less than a week. awsome!!!
When they roofed the house they moved the whirley bird to the proper peak position, however they left a 10 inch diameter hole unpatched simply shingled over, they disconnected the fan outlet from the original whirley but never attached it to the new one, just left it in the attic, There was a hole the size of a toonie on the range hood vent (when someone put a nail thru the shingle they missed sheating) The facia shingle support lip was someplaces out past the shingle, the valley ice sheild was installed improperly ( water leaking from soffit) and last the young apprentice left boot marks on the new 30 year shingle that were visible from the ground. When i put a stop payment on the cheque the owner came out with the salesman and the entire work crew almost like a showdown to try and intimidate me. Dont hire this company!!!
