Are used metropolitan movers for our recent move. As everyone else we absolutes dreaded the move and our previous experiences in dealing with movers were let’s just say something we wanted to forget. These guys though shockingly surprised us: they looked normal, did not swear, were polite and even when I knew that they thought we were not watching them (we have hidden cameras) they treated our staff with respect and did not scratch or damaged anything! We are still not sure if this experienfe was real or not but this was our very first painless move, thanks to the guys from this company. Their price was also very reasonable. Never thought I would say it but I do recommend these movers highly!

If you are looking to hire Martin and his crew to cut down a tree or a limb of a tree I am sure they can do an OK job. However, please do yourself a favour and stay away from him if you need any kind of landscaping job done other than above. I will only stick to the main points here. We hired Martin to plant several trees for us. He first of all criticized (extensively) the work of the other contractor who planted several trees and said that they need to be re-planted as they are planted too low and are still in the wire baskets. When two of these trees did not survive the winter we had to dug them out: they were still in wire baskets and planted very low (less than 2 feet). Then a large sugar maple tree that Martin planted has not made it (a few leaves came out then shrivelled up). After several weeks of trying to contact Martin, he finally picked up the phone. He blamed us for the tree dying (we didn't water it according to him) and said he stopped by and spoke to someone in our house (?) about it. Interestingly, two other trees planted close to the dead one are thriving, the grass there is lush, and we reviewed our cameras: Martin was never here from at least March. He then told us he will replant the tree (which cost $600--we have the receipt) if the nursery will replace it for him for free. He wanted to charge us $1000 to replace the tree that he planted this fall (9 months ago) which is now dead. His warranty he told us only covers the tree but not the planting. Of note, when this large tree was brought in for planting last fall, it was left in the wire basket for four days: the crew had to suddenly leave at 3:30 pm before a long weekend. When we asked Martin about it then, he told us that someone will be coming by to water the tree. It never happened as apparently they "were not available". We were unfortunately away that weekend. So please review the facts above and make the decision for yourself whether you want to deal with Martin and your company.

Vlad and his teams were one of the few true professionals we met while building our custom home. Always available and responsive, always corteous and polite, very knowledgeable and honest. The entire team consists of very intelligent professional. We say it by having interacted and met lots of trades throughout the construction of the house and having learned that most of the time you can't trust what they say and have to double check everything that they do-not so with Vlad and his team. They have connected our alarm system/installed surround sound system and home theatre system as well as inter comes and smart home features. You will be making a wise choice if you choose Vlad and his team for all your low voltage needs.

We were extremely happy with our experience during our move - the boxes were delivered and picked up on the dates that were good for us. Joanne is such a pleasure to deal with - thank you! The boxes are sturdy and large enough and make packing so much easier. And as a bonus there's no need to get rid of cardboard boxes - you unpack and the boxes are being promptly picked up. Will definitely be recommending your company to our friends.

Enri and his team were absolutely amazing: responsive, honest, available the next day, made multiple visits to the site to insulate different sections of the house as they were ready, never complained, everything done professionally, on time and with the smile. Their price was more than fair and they did an absolutely outstanding job (and we are very critical!). Thank you!

Glenn is a very nice and personable guy who has done what looks like a thorough job without cutting the corners. We are very upset though that the job took over 1.5 weeks longer than what stated in our contract (and verbally we have been promised that it will take even less time). When we have attempted very politely and respectfully to ask to be compensated a small amount ($750 out of $20000 we paid for the entire job) for the breach of contract (and us being without a kitchen with little kids and having to eat out every day), we were told that the only thing we can do is to cancel the contract (when the time for the completion of the contract was already over). There was no willingness to do anything to make it right and various excuses were given. The most important point is that we were promised that at least two people will be working on the project, however, after the first 4 days Glenn was doing all the work himself. Please make sure that you insert the wording in your contract that stipulates clearly a penalty that the company has to reimburse you for if they are late in completing the project.
