You know, sometimes you believe that you become lucky with service workers who fulfill their roles in a professional and excellent manner considering the negative stories we hear in and around the city. But I have to thank My lucky stars for not only being lucky to receive great workmanship the second time round, but a great human being who is fair, with a heart, and honest. This is my second project with this company renovating my basement bathroom completed 2 weeks ago and I must say the workmanship was professional throughout. Sammy went above and beyond to not only completing the task with flair and beauty, but willing to share some of his expertise with us to save us expense in the future. What is great about Sammy is that I don't have to be calling in a hundred different people to do different parts of the work, he does it all.He's patient and considerate regardless of how many questions I ask him, and I do ask a lot. He's always welcoming with other options available. He also completed additional tasks that he didn't charge for, completed the task in a timely manner although he came in late to work some days, and he completed the work in a timely manner while exhibiting great attention to detail. For me, I think his cost was very reasonable compared to other estimates I received, At my age I need to have people coming inside my house who I can trust because I have to leave for work, so trust is a big part of who I'll choose to work for me as well as honesty and workmanship. For those reasons, I would highly recommend Handyman Renovation Services to anyone. He'll definitely let you feel confident in your choices and I will definitely be calling on his services again in the future

Sammy did a wonderful job by completing the contracted work on our home as promised. I did get price quotes from other contractors but decided to go with my gut feeling and hired Sammy mostly because of his competitive price and his welcoming demeanor. He requested 50% deposit at the outset and even though he was unable to begin working on the day promised, he did call me several days before to let me know. One of the most impressive things to me was realizing how sick he was but he still pushed through his illness in trying to complete the job on time. I was also impressed at the way Sammy was open to not only hearing my opinions and sharing my thoughts and ideas about the project, but also how open he was on listening and ensuring that he input my ideas that made sense, and workable. I could call him text him aytime if there was a concern or question. He would always respond in return. He also went out of his way to advise me on other reasonable options available, considering my finances, and suggested other ideas that could match my pocket. Sammy is a very humble, honest, reliable, capable and knowledgeable contractor. I was surprised at how updated he is with the latest technologies that work. I was lucky to have him as my contractor as he installed one such part at my home.
