I can’t remember when I last sent a review to a company, but I have just been so impressed with the quality of the product and the team that I feel that it’s due. We had our windows replaced in our entire house and from start to finish your service has been more than excellent that started with Ted Schlosser. We arranged for Ted to come to our house to explain the product lines, installation process, timeline, and the cost. He was thorough in his explanations, and responded to all the issues we raised with professional candor. His home visit to do the measuring was thorough and quick, and so was his e-mail that arrived the following day explaining the cost of windows and installation minus any pressure to decide immediately. It was a refreshing change. As for the installation team of Germany, Kyle, and Manny, very special thank you goes to them. They were skilled, courteous, and polite. They did an excellent job! They took great care to ensure that the installation of the windows was done right. Everyone was on time and cleaned up before they left each day. The entire project was completed without any complications and minor issues were dealt with quickly and always to our satisfaction.
