Purchased 10 x 2 hour sessions with Onsite Cleaning through LivingSocial. As with other reviewers, they tried to upsell me to a full house cleaning upon my initial booking. I said that I wasn't interested and just wanted my 2 hour cleaning as purchased. I was shocked to find out that I had to wait more than 2 months for the next available appointment for a 2 hour cleaning. Tried to book my remaining 9 appointments at that time and was told that it wasn't allowed with the package. Knew right away that I was going to have problems in redeeming my entire voucher before the expiration date.
A week before the scheduled cleaning date, I reached out to them to confirm what time I could expect them but received no response. Worked from home the day of the scheduled cleaning and no one showed up. I attempted to contact them numerous times that day by phone and by email and still no response. Have made numerous attempts to try to reschedule my appointment, and these guys don't even have the courtesy to call or email me back. Really don't understand how they stay in business. Truly unprofessional! Save yourself the trouble and do NOT do business with this company!!!
I hope that companies like LivingSocial and GroupOn stop offering the services of Onsite Cleaning on their websites. Their customers are being taken advantage of by this horrible company and they should do a better job of screening participating businesses.
Lesson learned: check out online reviews of the company before purchasing any so-called "deals" on LivingSocial or GroupOn.
