A terrible furniture with poor customer service and misleading information about their product. I recently purchased 6 dining room chairs based on the furniture catalog the owner showed me. He claimed that most of his furniture was not viewable in the showroom, as his inventory was large. I mentioned I was looking for a specific color, and he promised that would be the color of the chairs. If there were any issues, we could work them out. Being happy that the owner was willing to provide such service, I paid for the chairs in full, and waited two weeks for them to arrive. From there on, he became very difficult to work with. When I saw the chairs in person, they were not even close to the color I had asked for. When I told him they were not at all what they looked like in the picture, he kept claiming it was the right color he was extremely rude and pushy. We went back and forth about this, and upon my second visit to the store, he began yelling at me in front of other customers, claiming he would not take the chairs back. I was appalled at his behavior. I tried to reason with him by offering to pay for the shipping back if that's what it took, but he just continued to yell and claim that his store is not walmart and he doens't offer refunds. I became extremely frustrated and left. Since then, I have began the process of filing a formal complaint with Consumer Protections. To all those who are shopping for furniture, be weary of this store. The owner may sound nice, however once he has your money, he could care less if you get what you asked for.

Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. I called several alarm companies before signing up with SafeTech. I researched and found that SafeTech had received a lot of positive reviews from others, and I can see why their customer service representative was polite and helpful, and the installer was competent and easy to work with. After installing the alarm system, the installation technician walked me through the system so that I knew how to use it right away. Shortly after the installation, I had to call their tech support concerning one of the sensors. They were polite and very helpful in helping me troubleshoot my issue. I would recommend SafeTech to others.
