We recently did business with Rivalda Oaks Kitchen. I strongly advise that customers be careful when choosing this company; my experience was very unfortunate with them. They are only in the business for money and not customer service. I had an issue with our kitchen and they completely ignored us. I kindly requested to them several times to address the matter and they did nothing but hang up the phone on us. Very poor customer service skills....especially Fred.

This customer called us to request work, we never solicited this client and they came to us of their own free will. We quoted the project and the customer agreed to the price. The work was completed properly and professionally to our high standards. Several weeks later the customer was brought to believe by others that they overpaid for the work. The customer contacted us to see if we would give back $200 from an $840 project. We explained our costs for material & labour and the project was completed upon agreed terms. Fred politely instructed this customer that there would be no refund and the job was priced properly. Obviously they were not satisfied with that answer, so they have created this mis-representation of the facts. This client is FALSELY accusing Rivalda Oaks Kitchens of overpricing for their own personal gain.
