CDL (Beacon Hill) recently helped us replace the carpeting in our entire house. In short, our experience with CDL was excellent. Neil (our account manager) and his team communicated and worked patiently with us over a period of 6 months, and they made sure that the entire process was smooth and all the details were carefully taken care of. We always got the sense that they were very honest and transparent. We are very appreciative of CDL's help because they helped to make what might have otherwise been a stressful experience as easy as possible for our family. We especially want to mention and thank several people in this review: Neil (the account manager), Darrin (his manager), and Alfredo and Allan (the installers). Neil and Darrin worked with us very patiently throughout the process. They listened and understood what we needed, and they gave us excellent recommendations on what carpets to consider and how much carpeting we should order to avoid waste and still have enough. They returned our calls promptly and followed through with every contact, task, and step along the way, including checking in on us (both by phone and in person) after the job was finished to make sure that we were still completely satisfied. Alfredo and Allan were very professional and efficient, and more importantly, they always took great care around our house, treating it like their own house. It is also obvious that they are very passionate and knowledgeable about their craft. We highly recommend CDL Beacon Hill.

Signature replaced our roof in September 2009. Even though it has been four years since the project was completed, Signature (and in particular, Chad Coljee, the owner) has never stopped providing a high level of service and care. In the four years since the original installation, we have contacted Chad several times, and he always responds quickly and diligently each time. Last year, after a large hailstorm here in Calgary, Chad sent someone out right away to inspect our roof and replace a cracked tile. Earlier this month, another company that worked on our siding damaged a couple tiles on our roof, and Chad himself came to replace the damaged tiles for us. In addition to their responsiveness, Chad and his team have also always treated our home with care and respect, and have always kept the work environment very clean and safe. We have recommended Signature to several friends and those who have decided to work with Signature have been very satisfied as well. We highly recommend Signature and Chad to anyone who is looking for a qualified, thoughtful, and responsive roofing company.
