Amir was very prompt in responding to my request for a quote and appointment. He was also punctual arriving 5 mins before the scheduled time. Amir was friendly and shook my husband's hand and proceeded to examine the problem with our fireplace. He gave a breakdown of his services and prices. He completed the service within 2 hours. He and his team member cleaned inside and the surrounding area of fireplace and tested the safety of the fireplace. He was very knowledgeable. We felt more informed about the proper maintenance of our fireplace. We would highly recommend him.

I first called Reliance to inform them that cold water was intermittently coming out of my shower and bathroom taps. The rep on the phone told me that I can unplug and plug back in the power cord wait 45 mins and it would fix the problem. We followed her instructions and it worked but it kept happening every week. So after 4weeks I called reliance and asked for home service visit. This is complimentary and included with my regular monthly bill. I asked them for the earliest appointment on Saturday. Wes called before he came and he even came early and diagnosed the problem right away. He cleaned the flame rod and checked vent pressure and gas settings. He was done in 20 minutes. He also cleaned the floor of our unfinished basement around the hot water tank. I am very happy with their service.
