During installation Michael Gorman ruined 9 of our kitchen cabinet doors by drilling the incorrect measurement for the door handles. It took about 3 months of followups to get the doors replaced. Unfortunately he only order 6 replacement doors instead of 9. We have followed up with repeated emails, faxes to Gorman Kitchens (with fax confirmations) and dozens of phone calls to both the business and cell phone. We have always left a message asking for a follow up on the completion of the kitchen. The only time he answers is when we phone from a alternate number. He has pretended that he can't hear us due to poor cell reception. He did provide us with UPS tracking numbers to indicate the replacement doors were on their way. We checked with UPS and those numbers are not valid UPS numbers. We have left many more messages requesting valid information and he has never responded. Once he has your money watch out!! We started our project with him in May 2008, here we are in December 2008 and our kitchen is still not finished.
