The inspector not only told us what we already knew, or suspected, he showed us improvements we were not aware of. As a real estate agent who attends all of her clients' home inspections, I believe I have a better than average understanding of houses, and what can be done, but he (Robert Baillie) brought to our attention conservation methods I had never heard of (i.e. ability to insulate a double brick house).
