I called Mermaid pools 2 weeks before a large party at our farm. Our 20'-60' in ground pool needed a new custom liner. Mermaid installed this pool over 30 years ago and the structure was still in great condition. Mermaid's team came out that day measured the pool and placed the liner order. They fixed the things that needed fixing - some cracks and corners and made sure the liner came in the Friday before the party. I think Denis, the project manager moved mountains to make this happen. They installed and arranged 5 tankers of water. The pool was filled by 7:30 Friday night and the next day over 100 people enjoyed it. I was so impressed by Mermaid service and the fact that this pool's structure and frame is still 100 % after so many years.
