Got a Groupon for 10-vent duct cleaning, but was charged with all these additional costs to have "proper" duct cleaning - costs that amounted to 6 times the cost of the Groupon! Which might not be that big of a deal if you guys tell people upfront what the estimated cost will be. My biggest issue is that they don't bother to remove the vent covers, so some of the vents are now damaged. The job was done poorly - I can still see the dirt through the vents (which I'm assuming shouldn't be there after cleaning?) And there is A LOT of mess afterward, on some of the furniture as well - so it would make sense to provide some sort of covers or at least tell people to remove furniture as far as possible from the vents.

When the company's representatives can explain the problem in layman's terms, offer an adequate solution, and give sound reasoning for the quote they provide you with - you know that you're giving your house into good hands. If you are like me and like to know what's being done to your home and why, then Astron are the guys to call for electrical services.
