We were referred to Alan from our agent with whom we sold and bought a new place. I was slightly skeptical because of this, but Alan turned out to be extremely thorough, very honest and trustworthy as well as patient in the process of conducting our inspection. A lot of items required second and third explanations and Alan didn't mind taking us through them, understanding that although this information is second nature to him, it's sometimes entirely new to his clients. The documentation Alan provided was also very convenient in the form of a pdf document which we can easily refer back to and search on quickly. As well, recently, 3 months after our inspection, I had some questions about what Alan discovered at our home, and not only did he quickly respond, he was also able to recall our issues and provide additional advise to me.
