We met Ilia, Gold Star Window rep, at the home and garden show. When he came out to our house, it was not high pressure sales like the other 4 companies we had looked at. We went out to Gold Star showroom for an open house to see windows and patio door the beige color we wanted. We called Ilia back after a couple of months to finalize the contract. We got better windows at a better price than other companies. It was probably $500 less. Gold Star told us it would be 2 weeks before the windows would be done. They started the installation on Thursday July 8, 2013 about 2 weeks after they were ordered. Installers were there 9:00am on the first day, they had everything installed by 7:30pm. The second day they did all of the trim work. They did a real good job. They were picky about how they caulked everything. They picked up the yard. My house looked really good after they were all finished.
