At the end of July, I was moving out of my condo and discovered that my dishwasher was leaking. I seldom used it, and because I sold the condo I needed to get it fixed before the next owner moved in. I called Steve and he was one of maybe 5 people (out of, oh, 20 that I called) who even returned my call, but the ONLY person who could come the next morning (my moving day). He was on time, and a really nice guy. He was trustworthy- I told him that I basically just didn't want to get sued, so to do the absolute minimum to get the appliance to work for the new owner, and he was really honest about my options. He solved the problem in about a half hour, and also gave me a discount for paying cash. I would recommend him in a snap.
