I had previously used Cosmopolitan for furnace and air conditioning maintenance services - this time around they sent some sub contractor to do the work (not an employee) who did poor service and believe it or not wrote graffiti on my duct work in non erasable marker. I complained to them about it and they did nothing! I will never use their services again.

After receiving a few estimates we decided to go with Attila because of the positive reviews on Homestars and the reasonable price we negotiated. We worked with him to pick out the paint colours which he promptly ordered. He was able to accommodate our painting job quickly - Attila arrived bright and early on both days of the job, was very professional and completed the work efficiently, with no mess and we were very pleased with the quality of the painting - all the windows and trim were sanded down, caulked and 2 coats applied. I would also be remiss not to point out that he was able to complete work on a 2nd floor window that was very difficult and awkward to paint that other contractors simply refused to do. I would strongly recommend AP Painting and Contracting for any Painting job you may have around the house. We will certainly use his services in the future for any painting needs we may have.

Alex was very helpful explaining the repair process to me and executed the repair expertly and with minimal impact to the wall - the area where the burst occurred was very close to a bunch of electrical. He was also able to repair two faulty valves that were in very tight spaces again expertly and with minimal impact. I would definitely recommend his services for any plumbing needs you may have.

Recently we contacted Aire Max to replace an older water heater which had started leaking. To our delight friendly Max was able to come out to our house that same evening and recommended replacing it. As we had gone without hot water already for a few days and a long weekend was coming up we asked if he was able to accomodate a next day replacement and once again were delighted when he said it could be done (and that he would even come later in the afternoon to accomodate our busy schedules). I am happy to report that The work was completed professionally and on budget within four hours as he estimated. The total cost of the job was even lower than it would have cost to buy the tank at retail (it was a big boy!). They even removed the old tank at no additional cost and respectively cleaned up the work area once the job was done. We are very happy we had Max on the job and would highly recommend using Aire Max for your future heating and cooling needs.
